Our games integrate the following third-party SDKs. Each operates under its own privacy policy.

Maze Racer is free to play and supported by advertising. We show two types of ads:
On first launch, we display a consent form compliant with the IAB TCF 2.2 standard and Google's EU User Consent Policy. On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission before accessing your IDFA. If you decline, only non-personalised ads are shown.
Purchasing the Remove Ads product permanently suppresses all interstitial ads. Rewarded video ads remain available as an optional, player-initiated feature.
Connect the Colors does not currently display advertising.

Some Kinetic Theory titles offer optional in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We never see or store your payment information. Purchases are validated against the relevant store on each session start and can be restored at any time using the in-game restore button.

Creating an account is optional. You may play as a guest, in which case your progress is saved locally and anonymously in Firebase under a randomly generated user ID. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your display name and email are associated with your Firebase account solely to identify your cloud save data. We do not share this with third parties.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 11). Deletion removes your Firebase account and all associated cloud data within 30 days.
Connect the Colors does not require or offer account creation. No personal data is collected beyond anonymised crash diagnostics.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymised form for up to 14 months per Google's standard retention policy.
If you uninstall a game without deleting your account, your cloud save data remains stored until you request deletion.

Kinetic Theory games are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Advertising shown to users who have not consented to personalisation is always non-personalised and complies with applicable child-directed advertising regulations.

You can revisit your ad consent choices at any time through the in-game settings menu in Maze Racer. On iOS, you can also manage ATT permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where feasible, notify you via an in-app notice on first launch after the change.
Continued use of any Kinetic Theory game after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
