My purchase isn't showing up Maze Racer
Go to the in-game settings menu and tap Restore Purchases. This re-validates all purchases against the App Store or Google Play. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
I lost my progress Maze Racer
If you were signed in with Apple or Google, your progress is backed up to the cloud and will restore automatically when you sign in again. If you were playing as a guest, progress is stored locally — reinstalling or switching devices will not carry it over. Sign in to protect your saves.
I lost my progress Connect the Colors
Progress in Connect the Colors is stored locally on your device. Reinstalling the app or switching to a new device will reset your progress.
How do lives work? Maze Racer
You lose a life each time you hit a wall. You earn one life for every level you clear, up to a maximum of 5. When you run out of lives, you can watch a rewarded video ad for a full refill, or purchase a Life Refill from the game over screen.
Does Remove Ads also remove rewarded video ads? Maze Racer
No. Remove Ads permanently suppresses interstitial ads — the ones that appear automatically between levels. Rewarded video ads are optional and player-initiated; they remain available because they give you something in return. You are never forced to watch one.
How do I change my ad privacy settings? Maze Racer
You can revisit your consent choices at any time in the in-game settings menu. On iOS, you can also manage tracking permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How do I delete my account and data? Maze Racer
Email us at privacy@kinetictheory.games with the subject line "Delete my account". We will remove your Firebase account and all associated cloud data within 30 days.
The game crashes or won't load
Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, make sure your OS is up to date, then reinstall. If it still crashes, contact us with your device model, OS version, and which game you're playing.
